In 2009, Liu Sha went into a workshop of Jihua 3542 Textile Co., Ltd. from Qinzui Village, Dongjin Town, Xiangyang City, at the age of 24 to become an ordinary female textile worker.

After years of diligent learning and hard training, Liu has become a National Model Worker thanks to her outstanding skills at the age of 30, and to date has trained over 50 apprentices, 39 of whom are model workers in the company.
