'Starry Night' made of 4 mln plastic bottles in Keelung, Taiwan

A cultural park in Keelung, southeastern China’s Taiwan province makes a huge "Starry Night" using four million plastic bottles based on Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night. 2015 is the 125th anniversary of Vincent van Gogh’s death.
