2015 in review: Xi Jinping's diplomatic trip in 42 days

Editor's note: China's president, Xi Jinping, has visited 10 countries on four continents and attended nine international conferences. Xi made eight overseas trips in 42 days in 2015. Below is a look at Xi's visits and achievements.

State visit to Pakistan

China's President Xi Jinping paid a state visit to Pakistan from April 20 to 21, 2015. This is Xi’s first state visit to Pakistan.

During Xi's state visit to Pakistan, the two sides agreed to elevate their ties to an all-weather strategic cooperative partnership and signed over 50 cooperation deals, covering fields such as infrastructure, energy and agriculture.
