    World's first polar heavy-haul deck carrier debuts in Guangzhou
    The world’s first polar heavy-haul deck carrier debuts in Guangzhou on Dec. 15. The red ship is named “AUDAX” and a naming ceremony was held in Guangzhou Longxue Shipbuilding Base of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The ship will be officially delivered at the end of this year. The icebreaking ability of AUDAX is higher than the well-known icebreaking research vessel Xue Long. (Photo/people.cn)
