On Dec.7, the new Memorial Hall of the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre, after one year's expansion project, was opened to the public. The opening ceremony kicked off with the theme of 'Justice, peace and people will win'.
The new hall occupied 29,683.93 square meters. 'Victory' was added to the existing theme of 'history' and 'peace'. Over 1,100 photos and 6,000 sets of cultural relics were displayed in the exhibition.
