    Overseas Chinese celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival in Sydney

    SYDNEY, Sep 23 -- Thousands of overseas Chinese people enjoyed the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration at the Sydney Town Hall on Sep 20, 2015.

    This rich celebration presented traditional cross talks, singing and dancing performances. It provided a platform to help overseas Chinese people celebrate this important festival with their family and the community, as well as enrich the cultural consciousness.

    This event is hosted by the Australian Chinese Youth Association (ACYC) and sponsored by B1 Group. Consul General of the Consulate-General of China in Sydney Mr. Li Huaxin, President of ACYC Xiao Ma, Chairman of B1 Group Anne Bi and many other guests attended the celebration.

    Chinese people believe “Moon Festival” as a symbol of family reunion.
