    Youth with Down's Syndrome Starts Online Business

    The photo shows 25-year-old Xiao Lu making soap at Le Gan Er Care Center for Mentally Disabled in Jinan, the capital of east China's Shandong Province. Xiao Lu, who was diagnosed with Down's syndrome as a baby was admitted to the nonprofit center three years ago.
