    The photo shows 25-year-old Xiao Lu pouring melted liquid soap into a mould at Le Gan Er Care Center for the Mentally Disabled in Jinan, capital of east China's Shandong Province. Xiao Lu, who was diagnosed with Down's syndrome as a baby was admitted to the nonprofit center three years ago.
