A suspected aircraft part fell from sky and dashed through a shed in a factory in Songjiang district, Shanghai at 3 a.m. on July 14. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the accident.

According to Xinmin Evening News, a local newspaper, after preliminary identification, the dropped part is said to be the left landing gear on the right side of a Boeing 777 aircraft. An expert said that the falling of the part won't greatly affect the flight safety of the aircraft. The part has been sent to Civil Aviation Authority for further investigation.
