File photo taken on April 11, 2015 shows a teaching building in Yucheng No.2 Middle School in Ya'an City, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The local government initiated a reconstruction project for schools after the 2013 Lushan earthquake. As one of the countries which suffers most from natural disasters, China has improved greatly its ability to deal with natural disasters and post-disaster reconstruction. Having witnessed a deadly earthquake of magnitude 8.0 in Wenchuan in 2008 and a 7.0 magnitude quake in Lushan in 2013, Sichuan Province has now successfully rebuilt towns shattered by natural catastrophes and provided disaster survivors with better homes.
