File photo taken on March 28, 2011 shows an aerial view of newly-built Beichuan County, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The newly-built Beichuan County is of the highest standard among county-level cities so far in China. As one of the countries which suffers most from natural disasters, China has improved greatly its ability to deal with natural disasters and post-disaster reconstruction. Having witnessed a deadly earthquake of magnitude 8.0 in Wenchuan in 2008 and a 7.0 magnitude quake in Lushan in 2013, Sichuan Province has now successfully rebuilt towns shattered by natural catastrophes and provided disaster survivors with better homes.
