Teahouse, a symbol of the local culture of Chengdu, capital of southwest China’s Sichuan province, is dying out in the process of modernization. A hundred-year-old teahouse in Shuangliu county of Chengdu still maintains its original appearance. It seems that the daily routine has continued for over a hundred years without any change. People will have a time travel here. Without the hustle and bustle of urban life, the teahouse is such a quiet and comfortable place. (Chinanews/An Yuan)
