The 8th China International Software Outsourcing Conference kicked off in Xi'an High-tech Zone on Oct. 24, 2014.

More than 300 participants from the United States, Britain, France, Austria, India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, Hong Kong, including the companies of Fortune 500, the international buyers, top software development companies, IT service providers, renowned scholars attended the conference.

This conference is sponsored by the Government of Shaanxi Province, and is hosted by China Service Outsourcing Research Center, Department of Commerce of Shaanxi and Xi'an Municipal Government and executed by Management Committee of Xi'an High-tech Zone.
