APEC Co-incubation Network Innovation Capacity Training was held in Xi'an High-tech Zone on Oct. 15, 2014. Incubator experts from the U.S, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong attended the training and gave speeches.

Supported by the Department of International Cooperation and the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the training was held by Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi Province, Science and Technology Bureau of Xi'an and Xi'an Hi-tech Zone. During the training session, 10 domestic and foreign guests and 200 people in charge of incubator in technology companies shared the valuable experiences in incubator network innovation capacity building.
