Xi'an High-tech Zone built a Pre-incubator Base in its Venture Park in the business and financial area on Oct. 14, 2014. An office space of 2700 square meters will be provided to the entrepreneurs with the introduction of "cafe business" concept.

The Venture Park in Xi'an High-tech Zone is one of the first national science and technology business incubators in China. It has successfully "hatched out" nearly a thousand companies since 12 years, creating the famous "Xi'an mode" in incubator business. The establishment of the pre-incubator aims to further optimize the business environment, help entrepreneurs reduce start-up costs, converge entrepreneurial resources and create more and better small and micro technology companies for the city.
