    485 lbs woman strives to lose weight (8)

    Liu Tingting was married on Aug. 18, 2012. Her husband fully supports her efforts to lose weight. She said that she lives a very simple life now. Except for the treatment, she watches TV, and sometimes go out for a walk. (Chinanews/Zhang Yao)

    Liu Tingting, 26, comes from Qiqihar, northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province. She weighs 485 lbs (220 kilograms) and is the heaviest person in China trying to lose weight. In October 2014, Liu came to a hospital in Changchun to get weight losing treatment.
