"The company is basically paying for my study. As I came here I had no knowledge on diesel or mechanics. FAW brought me in, keeping me with all the guidance, teaching me to do my entry to the college. Every side on all components."

He also appreciated the friendly working atmosphere in the company. "What I like about them is that, whether we have problems or even an idea, we can communicate with management."

"So far everything looks good. What I expect is just to stay longer here. Build myself up, And maybe one day I can go to China for study as well."
