Months after the COVID-19 pandemic took place in Xinfadi, the market is now fully back on track, attracting thousands of vendors and customers on a daily basis.

According to statistics from its official website, Xinfadi has the highest sales volume of any wholesale agricultural market in Asia. With a size of 1,120,000 squares meters (around 157 soccer fields), its total sales volume hit 131.9 billion yuan (18.62 billion dollars) in 2019.
