Gui Rubin, a railway worker born in 1993, is seen at a rail-change site near the Jinjicun Station in Nanning, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, April 26, 2017. Gui is among eight female workers at a rail change and repair workshop of the Liuzhou section of Nanning Railway Bureau. They are responsible for changing and welding worn-out rails and turnouts along the railway line of thousands of kilometers under the jurisdiction of Nanning Railway Bureau. A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive; a country will be full of hope and have a great tomorrow only when its younger generations have ideals, ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
