    A road-rail bridge under construction is seen over the Yellow River in Jinan, capital city of east China's Shandong Province, Dec. 18, 2016. The passenger railway links Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei Province, with Jinan, capital of Shandong Province, with a speed up to 250 km per hour, will be completed and put into use in December.
