    Yunnan pilots national park system to protect rare species

China is currently piloting an integrated national park system in nine provinces, aiming to establish a comprehensive, nationwide system to protect important ecosystems and wildlife. The pilot zone in Potatso National Park has an area of 602.1 square kilometers. The environment of the park is well preserved, with marshes, lakes, forests, brooks, springs, and rare flora and fauna.
