On Feb. 13, about 10,000 wild swans started the journey back to Siberia from Shanxi province's Pinglu Wetland on the Yellow River. The wetland is a nature reserve, surrounded by mountains on three sides. It provides a perfect habitat for the swans to ride out the winter.
