Kaibin Ice Castle in Harbin has officially opened to the public, furnished with desks, chairs and a bar all made out of ice. In the hotel, tourists can experience the decidedly chilly culture, while at the same time warming up with hotpot, Xinhua News Agency reported on Jan. 11.
