    Pu’er becomes the “cradle” of professional coffee tasters

    The Quality Control Center of Yunnan Coffee Trading Center is currently the biggest quality control center of coffee for testing and training in Asia.

    As a training organization of coffee professionals, the quality control center has started to train coffee tasters since March. By far, 30 people have been trained and 12 of them have received certificates of coffee taster from SCAA.
