On September 13, the launching ceremony of “China Pu’er Cloud” was held in Pu’er. After the foundation of “China Pu’er Cloud”, Pu’er is expected to become a very important node city for the Internet, the Internet of Things and cloud computing, which will fully improve the level of people’s livelihood, government affairs and industry and so on in Pu’er.

The whole project of “China Pu’er Cloud” is divided into the investment and construction of such two phases as a sub center and a main center of “China Pu’er Cloud” Science Park. It is expected to invest RMB8.6 billion in the project that will be completed in five years. It is planning to gradually start to offer business services from January 2018.
