Breach happens at flood detention basin in C China

HUARONG, July 11, 2016 -- Rescuers try to establish a floating bridge in Huarong County, central China's Hunan Province, July 11, 2016. Residents were being transferred after a breach happened on Sunday at a flood detention basin called Xinhua in Huarong County, according to an official with Hunan Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters.
