    HENGYANG, March 23, 2016 -- Photo taken on March 23, 2016 shows a rising water level on Zhengshui River, a branch of Xiangjiang River, in Hengyang City, south China's Hunan Province. Peak water level of the Xiangjiang River has reached 54.8 meters in Hengyang segment due to torrential rainfall in the upstream areas. (Xinhua/Cao Zhengping)
