Bittersweet artistic life of "Monkey King"

Liang Wenyi, 32, from Yuncheng, east China's Shandong province, began to perform the "Monkey King" seven years ago in Ningbo, east China's Zhejiang province. With excellent kung fu skill and superb acting, he earned a good reputation and became successful at market. He was also invited to give performance in Dubai and Sri Lanka.

"There are a thousand Monkey Kings in a thousand people's eyes. I want to make the Monkey King closer to the heroic image in people's mind," Liang said.
