    CRCC, Infrafer sign contract on building joint venture company

    ALGIERS, Feb. 16, 2016 -- Wei Wanzheng, vice-general manager of China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) International, Yang Guangyu, Chinese ambassador to Algeria, Boujemaa Talai, transport minister of Algeria, and Slimane Bouchama, CEO of the National Company of Railway Construction of Algeria(Infrafer) pose for a photo during the signing ceremony in Algiers, Algeria, Feb. 15, 2016.
