    Passengers wait to board trains at the Guangzhou Railway Station in Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province, Feb. 2, 2016. Rain and snow hitting south China delayed many trains starting from Guangzhou. The local authority launched a level-three emergency plan on Monday afternoon in response to the Spring Festival transport with a level-two security plan launched by Guangzhou police.
