Folk artist makes paper-cut works for Year of Monkey, N China

Folk paper-cut artist Feng Shiping creates works celebrating the Year of Monkey in Handan, north China's Hebei Province, Jan. 25, 2016. Feng has created various paper-cut works of monkeys to express her best wishes for the Year of Monkey. The Chinese lunar calendar assigns an animal symbol to each year in a 12-year cycle.
