To sleep better at night, diving athlete receives acupuncture treatment

He Zi, a Chinese diver, shared a photo on her Weibo Tuesday night. In the photo she was lying in bed and receiving acupuncture treatment on her waist. "There are more than 20 acupuncture needles in my waist just to prevent the tingling sensation in the leg which bothers my sleep!" she wrote.

The injury caused by long-term and intense training makes her suffer from insomnia. The acupuncture treatment will help her to sleep well at night.

Following Guo Jingjing and Wu Minxia, He is the leading Chinese diver in Women's Single 3m Springboard Competition. With sweet look, she is also called the "diving goddess" by people.

Born in December 1990, He just celebrated her 25th birthday a month ago. The Rio 2016 Olympics is her dream. (Photo/Weibo)
