    2,000 stolen cats saved by animal protection volunteers in E China

    A truck carrying more than 2,000 stolen cats was stopped by some animal protection volunteers on the G15W highway in east China Jiangsu province, according to the official Weibo of CNTV on Jan. 17. The cats were captured in Suzhou, and were being transported to South China's Guangxi. They will be served on the table under the guise of rabbit meat or pork. (Photo/Weibo of CNTV)
