From 2011 till now, the unemployment rate stood at about 4.1 percent, Yin said.

For 2015, China aims to create at least 10 million new jobs and hold a registered unemployment rate below 4.5 percent. China created 10.66 million new jobs in the first three quarters and the unemployment rate was 4.05 percent at the end of September, data showed.
