LANZHOU, Dec. 4 -- At least two people have been hospitalized after a private oil refinery caught fire on Friday in northwest China's Gansu Province, fire fighters said.
The fire broke out around 3 p.m. at the plant in Qilihe District, Lanzhou City, the provincial capital.
Fire fighters are still trying to bring the fire under control.
