On Sept. 23, the domestic garbage classification awareness week was launched in Chongqing.

A game was designed to test if citizens who participated in it can classify and put the wastes such as batteries, butts, drugs, pens, clothes and others into designated dustbins correctly.

The main district of Chongqing has approximately 8,500 tons of domestic garbage collected and transported per day, posing increasing pressure on garbage processing capacity and environment. Organizer of the activity said that they hope to make more citizens classify garbage in this way, so as to avoid and prevent environment pollution.
