The latest version of the Long March carrier rockets has been successfully launched.

The Long March-6 was fired off on Sunday from a launch location in Shanxi.

It's fueled by liquid propellant made of liquid oxygen and kerosene, which is meant to cut down on pollution.

Meanwhile, a Long March-5 rocket has arrived in the Port of Tianjin.

While officials haven't said where that rocket is headed, its likely going to be shipped to Hainan for a launch later this year to test its capability to launch the Chang'e 5 lunar probe.

The unmanned probe is due to be sent to the moon in 2017.
