    Hungarian police officers stand guard at a gathering point of illegal migrants near Roszke, a village on the Serbian-Hungarian border, Hungary, on Sept. 7, 2015. Hungarian lawmakers on Sept. 4 passed a package of laws in a bid to curb the rising influx of refugees and migrants who crossed into the country for a better life in Europe.
