Luo Zhenxi, 58, is the father of Luo Yanbin, 30. They are meter readers in Luojin town, Yongfu county, south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Both of them work for the power supply station of Luojin Town. They are in charge of metering reading for 2,000 families in the rural area. Over the years, they have worn out four motorbikes. They always pay electric bills for the families who cannot pay on time and teach villagers about the knowledge of using electricity safely for free.
