An undated photo shows a little girl holding money on a subway train in Beijing. According to the official weibo of Beijing subway, child beggars on the subway have seen marked increases during the nation's ongoing school summer vacation. Many of these beggars come from Minxian County of northwest China's Gansu Province. They are taken on a begging trip hundreds of kilometers away from home by their young mothers, most of whom were born after the 1990s. Beijing subway authorities imposed a ban on begging last May.
