Heavy rain turns border city Dongxing into "ocean"

Heavy rains cause severe waterlogging in Dongxing city, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on July 28, 2015. The local emergency department and police department immediately organized forces to do rescue and relief work in severe waterlogging areas. The heavy rains will continue in the next two days, according to Meteorological Department.
