    Yardangs in Hami

    A Yardang, known as the demon castle, is formed as a result of wind erosion. Hami is home to the most heavily concentrated Yardangs in China. These Yardangs are scattered in the area extending to 400 kilometers from east to west and 20 kilometers from south to north. (Xinhua/Cai Zengle)
