Many families with a second child have taken family photos in Yichang, central China's Hubei Province. It's many people's dream to have two children. The second-child policy introduced last year has opened a door for those people. “We don't want our child to grow up alone and it's happier to have more family members,” said a father who has a second child. Even though they have different intentions to have a second child, those parents have equal strong sense of happiness to have two children. As for the kids, the birth of a brother or a sister helps them learn to share and take care of others. It is said that by the end of this February, 833 second children have born, and 2,057 couples have got birth permissions in Yichang.
