Sour noodle soup in Qian County

Known as one of four treasures in Qianzhou, the noodles are also named after its sour soup. The most authentic way of having sour noodle soup is a few noodles with a plenty of hot clear soup and enough oil. A bowl of pour noodle soup could be served as a good appetizer.
