    Representatives of Russians living in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, present flowers to Soviet martyrs monument in Harbin, Feb. 28, 2015. Dozens of Russians living and working in Harbin attended a commemorative activity for Soviet Red Army soldiers who sacrificed during World War II on Saturday.
