    Wang Yifu and Zhang Qiuping are famous Chinese shooting athletes who have competed in the shooting events of Olympic Games for many times. Wang won a gold medal in men's 10 meter air pistol at the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1998. The two athletes got married in 1987.

    Wang encouraged his wife to move forward without being influenced by her bad performance in the heat after winning gold in the men's team free pistol at the 12th Asian Games on Oct. 7, 1994.
