Young cartoonist steps forward in confidence

Buddy, born in Beijing in 1983, began to learn drawing when she was four years old. She hopes to present the stories in her brain by drawing the cartoons. When she studied in the college, she published her first cartoons which went viral online.

At the age of 22, she went to study in University of Birmingham and the experience broadened her horizon. Her drawing themes were love and dreams before she looked at the outside world. Now she focuses on human nature and ethic and pursues in-depth story in her works.
