10. The Free trade Zone strategy is accelerating. Opening up helps to promote reform

One year after the establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, many institutional innovations have been carried out, including negative list management, trade facilitation, financial service opening up, and improvements in government supervision and regulation. These developments will provide useful experience for the future. Premier Li Keqiang has announced that three more free trade parks will be established in designated areas in Guangzhou, Tianjin and Fujian.
