As reported by the official microblog site of Beijing Public Security Bureau on Sept. 26, Mao Weidong, a 43-year-old Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) member, breaks the Guinness World Record for "longest time in an abdominal plank position" with a record of four hours and twenty six minutes, smashing the previous three hours and seven minutes one set in 2013. "He wins not only physically, but also mentally! We are here cheering for him!
