The countdown to the 2014 China Xi'an Silk Road International Tourism Expo has begun. The Wechat accounts of Provincial Tourism Administration of Shaanxi and Shaanxi Tourism have also bugan to issue countdown prompt every day, which symbolizes that preparations for the expo are entering the final stages.

The expo is scheduled to take place at Qujiang International Conference Center in Xi'an from September 19 to 21, which is expected to attract 500 exhibitors from China and over 30 foreign countries. The expo will involve a total floor space of 20,000 square meters.
